Photos: We can use either black/white or color prints up
to 8-1/2” x 10”. Please do not staple, glue or tape your photos to your ad
layout. Photos will be returned. Please write your name and address on the back
of your photos.
Repeat Copy:
For contract advertisers, notify us before the ad deadlines if changes are
needed. We reserve the right to use the previous ad if no new copy is submitted.
E-mail: Please contact us for specifications and required photo resolution before sending ads or photos via e-mail.
Computer Generated Ads: Please contact us for specifications before
sending an ad that has been computer generated to ensure file compatibility.

Non-NASDHA™ members may
purchase a yearly subscription to The Spot Light. The yearly
subscription price is $27.50(domestic mailing). Single issues, as available,
may be purchased for $7.50/each (domestic mailing). Please inquire as to
